Patricia A. Wilhelm, RNc, PhD Nurse Manager of the Level III 22 bed NICU at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. Tripler is the largest military medical treatment facility that serves the entire pacific region (Korea, Okinawa, Guam, and Hawaii). Retired as a LTC from the US Army after serving 23 years I now continue to serve as a civilian as I have a mortgage in Hawaii.. I have lived in Hawaii now more than 20 years with my two adult children, daughter-in-law, and two beautiful grandchildren.
