Over the past 15 years, Dr. Susan Cohen’s research has focused on the developing brain and improving the neurocognitive outcomes in vulnerable infants. She is the Director of the Neonatal Neurocritical Care Program and the Director of the HOPE High-Risk Infant Developmental Follow-up Clinic at Children’s Wisconsin located in Milwaukee, WI. She is the co-leader of the Children’s Hospital Neonatal Consortium Neurosurgery Focus Group and is an active member of the NICU Follow-up Focus Group. Her scholarly work has spanned basic science, clinical research, and quality improvement initiatives.
