Dr. Alecia Karr is certified as an acute care pediatric nurse practitioner at Nationwide Childrens Hospital. She works as a neonatal APN and specializes in the care of infants with Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia (BPD). She is a member of the BPD Collaborative, where she is the chair of the Collaborative Bedside Subgroup. She was published for her research in Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome (NAS) in 2022 and she continues her research in the area of BPD management. She has shared her knowledge of BPD at multiple conferences since she joined the CCBPD in 2020.
