In the wake of COVID so many nurses and nurse leaders have an overwhelming feeling of guilt and shame the moment they walk out of the NICU. These feelings increase how many strong nurses suffer from imposter syndrome. With so many open leadership positions in nursing (leadership) addressing these concerns and providing strategies for overcoming self-doubt is incredibly important in the COVID recovery plan.
